Just a mere one hundred twenty two days on the market, and we are officially IN ESCROW!
And I'm happy to announce that the new owners will be continuing The Red Barn Happy House as an AirBnB, and (DRUMROLL PLEASE)... also offering our main house as another option for rent on AirBnB. Exciting! They're going to have flexibility for large groups of family and friends gathering, and also be able to rent both out for smaller groups wanting to get away.

As for Tennessee, we are currently in escrow on a lakefront property! So excited. The whole bottom floor of the house will be transformed into an AirBnB luxury rental, and with our experience running the Red Barn for twenty months, you can rest assured it will be gorgeous, comfortable, peaceful, and amazing...(using some of the same adjectives from our barn guests' reviews, ha).
If you had the opportunity to rent the Red Barn, we want to thank you for helping support our family business. Such an amazing experience. Met some great people along the way. So from our whole family to you, thank you for staying at the Red Barn Happy House.
